DJ Chris Villa's Tíos & Tías party comes to the State Fair in Halloween form, with Villa, Scoop DeVille, Nina, Ortiz, Mane One and Javin spinning oldies, funk, freestyle, hip-hop, R&B and Latin classics, plus a costume contest and flash-tattoo, nail-art, airbrush and photo booths.
